1. Data Collection & Scope
At TailorOS, we strictly collect and process data required to operate your custom tailoring boutique. This includes shop profiles, worker directories, customer contact details (name and mobile number), transaction invoices, and custom garment measurements (neck, waist, chest, postural notes, and pattern design sketches).
2. Encryption & Protection
All client measurements and shop settings are encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS) and at rest using AES-256 standard encryption keys. Your proprietary measurement formulas, workflow patterns, and customer databases remain 100% private and isolated to your multi-tenant shop database.
3. No Sharing / Selling
We do not share, sell, or rent your boutique's customer database or sizing specifications to any third-party marketing companies, garment manufacturers, or fashion retail outlets. Data is processed solely to execute invoices, manage karigar ledgers, and dispatch status alerts via Meta's WhatsApp API.
4. Data Deletion & Ownership
You own 100% of your data. If you decide to cancel your subscription or delete your boutique profile, you can request a complete Excel dump of your clients and measurement cards. Upon confirmation, all data copies on active nodes will be deleted within 30 days.
