1. Terms of Use
By registering for a 14-day free trial or subscribing to any premium plans on TailorOS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our digital platform services.
2. Account Security & Tenancy
Boutique owners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their shop URL slug, admin username, passwords, and the worker PIN codes allocated to karigars. Any transactions, order bookings, or salary settlements initiated under your active tenant ID are deemed authorized by your brand.
3. Fair Usage & Limits
Our subscription tiers (Basic, Premium, Enterprise) have defined parameters (such as the number of active karigars, branch nodes, or measurement cards). Attempting to bypass these database restrictions, reverse engineer the platform, or send spam/unsolicited alerts using our WhatsApp API nodes is strictly prohibited.
4. Disclaimer & Liability
TailorOS provides the software platform "as is". While we implement hourly cloud backups and automated stage tracking, we are not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental business losses caused by wrong naap input values, network connectivity blackouts, or disputes between boutique owners and independent artisans.
